Rama Sundaramurthy
Special Educator, Founder Member “For All Our Kids”
Rama is a firm believer of “Early Intervention” and works for raising awareness towards diverse needs of children and the importance of appropriate professional support. She is an ADHD coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), dedicated to helping children and adults harness their strengths, build sustainable habits, and thrive with confidence.
Rama’s journey began in the classroom, working as a special education teacher in both self-contained and inclusive settings. It was there that she saw how executive functioning skills shape success—not just academically, but in everyday life. When her children were diagnosed with ADHD, Rama found herself diving deeper to understand the essentials that would be needed for her children to develop greater independence? That realization led her to a summer course on Executive Function taught by Tera Sumpter @ Seeds of Learning, which opened the door to - ADHD coaching.
Rama’s ‘AHA!’ moment arrived as she began to recognize the patterns of behaviors influenced by ADHD in herself. Now, she works with adults and children navigating the complexities of ADHD, helping them build systems that support their unique brains and reconnect with their goals, values, and creativity.
